David Pollard brings over twenty years of executive recruitment experience to Hire EQ. Before joining Hire EQ, David served as President and CEO of TalentFusion, an industry leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing company that serves Global Fortune 500 organizations. Prior to TalentFusion, he served as Vice President of Global Recruiting for Keane, a $1b IT Outsourcing company based in Boston. While with Keane, David managed all worldwide recruitment activities with an organization of over 250 recruitment professionals that hired over 5000 IT professionals per year. David is a managing partner with Hire EQ and is responsible for business development as well as overall service delivery and operations.
Tom Lippie is the founder of Client First Associates, a Vann Group Company. With decades of experience in organizational design, leadership development, strategic planning, training and even as a hostage negotiator in the New York Correctional system; Tom is a master at enabling people to work together toward shared goals with clarity and energy. He has spearheaded organizational initiatives at all levels for countless businesses and non-profits and has a reputation among current and former clients as a craftsman in the field. With so much experience and insight about roles, responsibilities, skills and abilities; Tom’s insights and experience were utilized to create the organizational development best practices that are the foundation for Hire EQ’s process. Tom is a graduate of Sienna College and attended Albany Law School.
After serving six years in the United States Army Reserve, Laura began her professional career in the Northampton Public School system as an Oral Transliterator for the Deaf. Passionate about helping both individuals and organizations succeed, she found her niche in human resources. Utilizing a “whole systems” approach to recruiting, Laura looks at not only the technical skills needed for the position both today and tomorrow, but also management philosophies, emotional intelligence, and culture of the organization. When Laura isn’t focused on finding top talent for Hire EQ clients, she is chasing after her two young children.
