Profile: Interviews with key stakeholders generate a profile of the organization, the characteristics and traits necessary to succeed in the position and the organization. This insight is utilized to generate a detailed profile of the successful candidate and a roadmap to find them.
Search: Using the knowledge gained in the investigation phase, we build a detailed search strategy that includes everything from identifying job boards, social media sites and key search terms to selecting the appropriate communication paths for engaging both active and passive candidates. We then execute a coordinated search process to select candidates for screening.
Hire: Detailed screening questions are developed and utilized to sort out viable candidates from those that don’t fit. We conduct phone screens and face to face interviews. Finalists are then recommended and interviewed by your hiring team. We then work with you to make the hiring decision.
